BBQ'ed Rib Eye Welsh Beef Steak for Two smeared with sundried tomatoes

- 2 beef rib eye or sirloin steaks
- 30ml (2tbsp) sundried tomato paste
- Take large rib eye or sirloin steak and brush with sundried tomato paste. Cook on a hot griddle plate or hot BBQ for 3 minutes each side for medium cook.
- Serve with a salad of roasted sweet potato, tossed with roasted cherry tomatoes and mixed beans, and a dressing made from sundried tomatoes and basil.
