Woo your loved one with Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef

Jan 22, 2023

It is that time of year when people cosy up to their loved ones and shower them with affection and gifts (not necessarily in that order). Yes, it is Dydd Santes Dwynwen on the 25 January and Valentine’s Day on the 14 February (just a gentle reminder).

While a three course meal at a fancy restaurant would probably earn you some kudos, imagine how impressed your beloved would be if you cooked up a tempting treat for them?

So, as a little teaser, we have chosen some swoon-worthy dishes that are guaranteed to impress.

Featherblade (Flat Iron) Welsh Beef steak with chimichurri

Our Featherblade Welsh Beef steak with chimichurri is a sight to behold – thick juicy slices of steak drizzled with a mouth-watering, piquant and vibrant sauce. Imagine this paired with crispy roast potatoes or chunky chips… bliss. Or maybe turn the heat up with our Crispy chilli Welsh Beef… or the lights down with our Welsh Beef steak Chasseur.

How about some delicious Welsh Lamb leg steaks with mint chimichurri or our Welsh Lamb cutlets with herb and garlic sauce served with chunky fries? For a daintier dish, how about a delectable Welsh Lamb, rocket and parmesan risotto? Lusciously lean lamb nestled in a bed of Arborio rice with sugar snap peas… tasty and worth the wait!
