- Spread the fries onto a large oven tray, sprinkle over the spice or seasoning and cook as instructed on the packet until crisp and golden.
- Remove the fries from the oven and top with the brisket and grated cheese and half of the spring onions. Return to the oven for approximately 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the beef is hot.
- Top with the remaining spring onions, drizzle over the sauce and sprinkle with chives.
- Serve with a nice crisp green salad.
Tip: This is a great way of using up leftover cooked brisket.
