Our Welsh summer is here. There may be the occasional rain shower but that shouldn’t dampen our spirits! Besides, a good bit of rain is good for our grass which … is also a big help to create the delicious taste of our PGI Welsh Lamb. So when you (and the sun) do venture out, how about a nice barbecue with friends and family?
