- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / Gas 6.
- Place the mince in a bowl and add the cooled onion, carrot and curry paste. Mix to combine and, if required, add a little bit of the egg to bind the mixture together.
- Shape the beef mixture into small sausage/kofta shapes (children may find it easier if they lightly wet their hands). Place on a baking tray.
- To make the fingers, press an almond or piece of vegetable into the top of the kofta.
- To make the mummies, lift the kofta in your hand and use a strip of dough or pastry and wrap around the kofta leaving room to add the eyes.
- To form the eyes, push small pieces of mozzarella or halved olives into the kofta.
- Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
- The mini kofta mummies and witches’ fingers are great for dipping into ketchup or mayonnaise.
