As many of our fans should know by now 1 August is Lamb Day, which officially marks the start of the season for the best of PGI Welsh Lamb.
Seasonal eating is something many of us are guilty of forgetting, but Welsh Lamb is at its most plentiful this time of year so now really is the ideal time to feast on some of our finest and freshest lamb.
