After recently wowing the crowds during BBC Countryfile Live, our charismatic Lambassador Chris Roberts was once more in his element at a rather more intimate setting, where he cooked up a lavish BBQ of Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef on his Patagonian-inspired asado cooking pit for competition winners, David and Macinnie, at their home in Cheltenham. Even the sun came out to add to what was a very memorable day.
