Frantic Feast’s Welsh Lamb Chops – three ways

Ingredients

Tandoori style

  • 4 PGI Welsh Lamb chops
  • 1 tbsp tandoori power
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 4 tsp natural yoghurt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Glug of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Honey harissa
  • 4 PGI Welsh Lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp harissa pasta
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Glug of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • Garlic and rosemary
  • 4 PGI Welsh Lamb chops
  • Two sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Glug of olive oil

Serves
  1. Marinade each set of chops for 30 mins to 2 hours
  2. Grill to your liking on a BBQ or under a grill (around 4 mins each side will have the lamb blushing in the centre)
  3. Serve with a selection of BBQ sides.
Side suggestions:
  1. Roast sweet potato with chives and blue cheese
  2. Garlic and thyme potato wedges
  3. Greek salad
  4. Roasted tomatoes and peppers
  5. Asparagus with parmesan
