- 4 PGI Welsh Lamb chops
- 1 tbsp tandoori power
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 4 tsp natural yoghurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Glug of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Honey harissa
- 4 PGI Welsh Lamb chops
- 2 tbsp harissa pasta
- 1 tbsp honey
- Glug of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- Garlic and rosemary
- 4 PGI Welsh Lamb chops
- Two sprigs fresh rosemary
- 5 garlic cloves
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Glug of olive oil

Serves
- Marinade each set of chops for 30 mins to 2 hours
- Grill to your liking on a BBQ or under a grill (around 4 mins each side will have the lamb blushing in the centre)
- Serve with a selection of BBQ sides.
