
Ingredients
- 1x 250g Sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Sprinkle black pepper
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 6 cm piece cucumber finely cubed
- Small handful coriander, chopped
- 75g strong cheddar cheese, grated
- Handful shredded lettuce
- Small tub reduced fat crème fraiche or soured cream
- Splash hot chilli sauce
- Crispy Taco shells

- In a small bowl, mix the oil with the cajun spice
- Place the steak in the mixture and leave for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients
- Heat the airfryer for 2 minutes on 200'C
- Pop the steaks in the basket and cook for 5 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 3 minutes (for Medium Rare). Allow to rest for 5 minutes and sprinkle with seasoning.
- While the steak is cooking mix together the onion, tomatoes, cucumber and coriander.
- Mix together the crème fraiche and hot chilli sauce.
- Place the steak on a chopping board and thinly slice.
- Load the tacos by putting some lettuce in the bottom, a little of the sauce, then the tomato mixture, cheese and top with the sliced steak and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
