- In a bowl mix lean lamb leg steak cubes with oil, lime juice and rind and five spice. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
- Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers and barbecue or grill for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Make Chinese BBQ Sauce: In a small saucepan mix together garlic clove, soy sauce, mango and orange juice, Chinese five spice and star anise, and thoroughly boil. Serve as a drizzling sauce for the kebabs.
- Serve kebabs with coconut rice and Chinese stir-fried vegetables.
