Welsh Beef Stir fry with black bean sauce and plums


  1. Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan, add the garlic and meat strips.
  2. Brown meat all over on a high heat, this should take about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the plums and peppers, toss well together and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Finish by adding black bean sauce and soy.
  5. Serve scattered with spring onions and crispy fried rice noodles.
