Welsh Beef Stir fry with black bean sauce and plums
- Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan, add the garlic and meat strips.
- Brown meat all over on a high heat, this should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the plums and peppers, toss well together and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Finish by adding black bean sauce and soy.
- Serve scattered with spring onions and crispy fried rice noodles.
