Spiced Welsh Beef Sirloin Steaks with Cranberry Drizzle and Green Salsa
- To make the salsa verde, place all the ingredients for the salsa in a small bowl, mix well together and allow to stand before serving.
- Preheat a large frying pan and cook the steaks. For preferences, see below: Rare – 2 minutes each side Medium – 4 minutes each side Well Done – 6 minutes each side
- During the last minute of cooking add the cranberry and port to the pan and allow to bubble. Add the butter and melt.
- Serve with mini roasted potatoes and a wintery salad.
