
Ingredients
- 400g rump steak, cut into thin strips
- Black pepper, coarse ground
- 2 tbsp oil
For the coating sauce:
- 3 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
- 150ml beef stock
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp red Thai curry paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp plain flour
To finish:
- 160g tenderstem broccoli cut into pieces
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Toasted sesame seeds

Serves
- Make the sauce by placing the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Season the beef with black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and over a high heat fry the beef strips for a few minutes until browned.
- Reduce the heat and add the ginger, garlic, onion, broccoli and spring onions, stir and cook for 4 minutes.
- Pour in the sauce, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
