- In a small bowl mix together the ingredients for the marinade, pour into a large freezer bag, add the cutlets and ensure they’re all coated in the marinade.
- Refrigerate for up to an hour.
- Remove from the fridge 20 minutes prior to cooking.
- The cutlets can be pan fried for 4 minutes each side or place under a hot grill for the same time.
- Serve with a Greek salad and a minted yogurt dip
