- Drizzle the oil over the steaks, then sprinkle with the seasoning and herbs
- Preheat the air fryer to 200’c
- Place the steaks in the basket and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes each side depending how you like them cooked
- Leave to rest for 4 minutes, spooning over any juices
- For the chimichurri, place all ingredients in a small blender and blitz until finely chopped
- Serve and enjoy!

- 2 x boneless Welsh Lamb leg steaks
- 1 tbsp oil
- Pinch garlic powder
- Seasoning
- Pinch dried herbs
For the chimichurri:
- Small bunch of coriander
- Small bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 1 red chilli deseeded
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
