Welsh Beef Steak with Chilli Eggs and Garlic Mushrooms
- Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan and cook steaks for: 2 minutes each side for rare 4 minutes each side for medium 6 minutes each side for well done
- Allow steaks to stand for 3-5 minutes.
- In a separate pan heat butter and garlic and slowly cook mushrooms until tender. Heat chilli oil and chillies in a frying pan and fry eggs to your desired doneness.
- Serve steak with eggs, mushrooms and chunky chips.
