Warm Autumn Welsh Lamb salad with a warm fruity dressing
- Place lamb loin chops under a preheated grill for 6-8 minutes each side (for 2cm (¾") thickness) - keep warm.
- Place plums, salad leaves, goats cheese and walnuts into 2 large salad bowls.
- Mix together the smoothie, oil and balsamic vinegar to make the fruity dressing.
- Top leaves with the chops and drizzle both plates with the dressing.
